Spontaenous Event: Family constellations. Making sense of your history.
Pernille Plantener, CNVC cert. trainer and coach is here in Geneva for the weekend to facilitate the Power of Coaching event on Saturday. On Friday evening, she is kindly offering a special session on Family constellation. This event is open to all NVC Geneva practice group and facebook members. Friday 21 Sep 2018, 7.30 – 9.30 pm. Short about Family Constellations:
Science is proving that not only our own past experiences, but also traumatic events in the lives of our parents and grandparents live on in our cells. We inherit family trauma. The good news is that there are ways to break the painful legacy and heal the past. One way is through Family Constellations, created by Dr. Bert Hellinger.
A Family Constellation is a highly experiential and heart opening event where one person the seeker supported by the facilitator explores how a present issue may be anchored in the past and allows healing through acknowledgement and re-orientation. Participants are invited to join as representatives, and often it is as powerful an experience to represent than being the seeker oneself. It is also ok to say no and just witness.
The seeker will be chosen among the participants, and the event will take place in English.
Contribute what you feel good about – we suggest a sliding scale 20-80 CHF which you pay at the venue.
